You may access, download, and delete your CogPod account information at any time. You may also choose to have your account deactivated.

For audio data collected from podcasts, you can revoke permission at any time within the CogPod app settings. This will immediately cease analysis and summarization for that podcast.

• Data during processing is protected with end-to-end encryption
• AI models do not learn or memorize your personal content
• Generated content is only visible to you unless you choose to share it
